The service package includes the repair of duplicaters.

Repair is the removal of the defect of the duplicater reported by the User. Repairs are carried out at the place of use of the duplicater. The user reports the need for repair by fax or e-mail.

Alstor SDS confirms the notification by giving the case an RMA number. Repairs to damages not at fault by the User during the warranty period are free of charge. The cost of the items replaced as part of the repair shall cover:

  • Guarantor, if the duplicater is covered by the warranty,
  • If the user is not covered by the warranty, the
  • if the item has been damaged by improper use.

The response time to a repair request is 4 working hours from the moment the request is received. (applications received after 11:00 a.m. 1 p.m. pass the next day at 11:00 p.m. 9.00). Repairs are performed within 8 consecutive business hours of the repair. If it is not possible to repair the duplicater, we provide the user with a replacement device with similar parameters for the repair time and the user transmits the defective duplicater to the Alstor SDS service. Service hours from 9.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. In case of an unjust
ified request for repair of a smooth duplicater, the costs of testing and travel will be covered by the User. The cost of each test and commute, in case of an unjustified call, is PLN 280 net in Warsaw and PLN 990 net outside Warsaw. The service package is valid for 1 year from the time of purchase.
